We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation)
Due to hygiene reasons, perfumed oils and personal care items are non-returnable as are limited edition or custom items (e.g., embroidered T-shirts) are final sale (unless damaged)
To initiate a return, please contact us at fearlessfemmefashion@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back - please note £2 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover P&P.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
